Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the unused products securely in their original packaging and include:

  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package
  • Original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Brief note explaining the reason for return

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement products.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original, unopened condition with seals intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Personalized or custom orders may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned once opened:

  • Intimate Care Products (Intimate, Intimate Care, Men’s Intimate Care)
  • Anti-Lice Treatments
  • Opened personal care items where the seal has been broken

These items may only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding some remote areas and certain parts of Asia), please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
